Preventive Care

• Mix one (1) table spoon (included) of Alpha PXP Forte in a small glass of warm (not hot) water and drink immediately but slowly, about 5 minutes before breakfast.
• You can also mix it with juice (except orange juice). Preferably, do not mix with milk.
• One small bottle contains the equivalent of 30 rations.

If sick...

• Same as in preventive care, but three times a day.
